Disable picture password in Windows 8 Part 2

In my last thread I posted How to disable picture password using Group Policy.
I got a questions from friends that they cant see the Group Policy Editor.
In Windows 8 pro & enterprise only will gt access to group policy.
Now in this thread am posting How to disable picture password for Non Pro & Enterprise Users.
We are gonna need Registry Editor instead of Group policy!
1.Open RUN by pressing Window key+R and type regedit and press Ok. it will open Registry Editor
2.It will look like
3.Now navigate to below path
4.Now Right click->new->DWORD(32bit)
5.Rename it as BlockDomainPicturePassword
6.Double click it to open and change the value 0 to 1
Press Ok
7.Now close the registry.
That's it....................................

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System5.Rename it as BlockDomainPicturePassword
