Due to Heavy Rain , Several District in Tamil Nadu announced Today(20th Oct 2014) as Local Holiday. District such as Pondicherry , Chennai , Kancheepuram , thiruvallur , Nagai , Trichy , Erode , thoothukudi , thanjavur , thiruvarur and ariyalur announced Holiday for Both School and Colleges.
