Problem while starting cpu

Computer experts pls tell me the solution        while i starting the cpu. It gives three times buzzer sounds and the cpu starts running for few seconds and then gets off, while the second time only its getting ONed.    Whats the problem is this?

I am not computer Expert,. anyway.. Clean RAM with Eraser, and put.. it works most of the time..:-)
