Training has an important role in exposing the real life situation in an industry.
It was a great experience for me to work on training at 132 kV Degaon Substation, Degaon through which I could learn how to work in a professional environment.
I learnt things like how actually substation works. I also learnt maintenance and tests carried out in substation. I understood the operation and real time working of different equipments in the substation. It was really a great experience.
