Staffing Guidelines for State Hub for Empowerment of Women (SHEW):
The SHEW team comprises up to 8 members, depending on the population and geographical area of the state. The positions, educational qualifications, age criteria, experience, and proposed monthly salaries for each position are as follows:

1.State Mission Coordinator:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: PG in Social Science/Social Work/Life Science/Nutrition/Medicine/Health Management/Rural Management
Age: Below 40 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in a related domain
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 52,000

2.Gender Specialist:
Number of Staff: 2
Educational Qualification: PG in Social Work/Social Disciplines
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in gender-focused themes
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 35,000 each

3.Research & Training Specialist:
Number of Staff: 2
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Social Work/Social Disciplines
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in training and research on women-related development work
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 28,000 each

4.Accounts Assistant:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Accounts/other disciplines with account as a subject
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in a related domain
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000

5.Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least a diploma in computers/IT, etc.
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting formats, and video conferencing at the state or district level with government or Non-Governmental/IT-based organizations
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,000

6.MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff):
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: 10th or 12th class pass from any recognized board
Age: Below 35 Years
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 12,000

Staffing Guidelines for District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW):
The DHEW team also consists of up to 8 members, depending on the population and geographical area of the district. The positions, educational qualifications, age criteria, experience, and proposed monthly salaries for each position are as follows:

1.District Mission Coordinator:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: PG in Social Science/Social Work/Life Science/Nutrition/Medicine/Health Management/Rural Management
Age: Below 40 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in a related domain
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 40,000

2.Gender Specialist:
Number of Staff: 2
Educational Qualification: PG in Social Work/Social Disciplines
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in gender-focused themes
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000 each

3.Specialist in Financial Literacy:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Economics/Banking/other similar disciplines/Social Work/Social Disciplines (Postgraduate preferred)
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government/Non-Government organizations in training and research on women-related development work
Proposed Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000

4.Accounts Assistant:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Accounts/other disciplines with account as a subject
Age: Below 35 Years

5.DEO (Data Entry Operator) for PMMVY Scheme:
Number of Staff: 1
Educational Qualification: Graduation with working knowledge in computers/IT, etc.
Age: Below 35 Years
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, process documentation, and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at the state or district level with government or Non-Governmental/IT-based organizations
