Just follow the steps:

2 Make As Below New Setting In Your Mobile 
3 APN: tata.docomo.dive.in 
4 Proxy: 220.226.181.88
5 Port: 8080 
6 Homepage: http://0.facebook.me
7 Now Save The Settings And Restart Your Mobile.

Note: Am not sure about this because am not using Docomo!
