In the concept of taxable person is to supply their good and services made by not a particular place. The person act as owner of the products. They move to place to place and sale their products and services to the people. That person is called casual taxable person. He should be register under the GST for the business financial year basis. If the sale or turnover more than 20 lac means they should be compulsory register. In that person not getting option to get composition scheme.
