MY own experience I start and still use v+ in mobile such an easy accessable site helpful for people who dont have computers in home or even no computer centre in their area.So increasing the security of files will made students with limited knowledge in computing access our v+ difficult and so we will follow our present rules and bit a increase of frequent check of other sites who post our content and we send warning to them.but the originality will always won the battle.We just move on rocking v+ with amazing contents.
