bro my pen drive showing as write protected unable to format unable to use.

how to clear this issue????

1. insert the pen drive 
2. don't open or format it directly 
3. right click on my computer and go to manage 
4.in computer management window click on disk management option 
5. right click on the removable disk (i,h....) 
6. select format

dhilipji still the.same problem occurring bro, the format option under disk management is un usable
