Hello friendzzz...

After some unexpected powercut my system is not working properly..

When it enter into bootscreen it restarts automatically... Even it can't be open in Safe mode... 

I can't put new OS as I have some important files in my desktop and in all other colons also...

Plz suggest to save my PC friends

Open CPU Cabinet and unplug RAM and re insert . now power onpc.
If suppose pc wont turn on then find the jumber in your PC and re insert into the pc.! 
Most of time the power cut will lead this problem. dont worry!

Try windows xp bootable cd and then give repair
