I attached the photo of circuit at outside of water but the results are not stable it changes with time to time.
If you keep outside, It depends on distance bro... Keep the LDR, and LED close bro.. Cover it with a plastic and put it in water..
Note : Water should not touch the circuit, it should be covered tightly by plastic cover...
