Nomophobia it is the fear of
being out of mobile phone
contact.With increasing smartphones the addiction of phone in people also increases .I too can't be without my phone but only limited not an addiction. So how about you?can you be without phone?if yes or no explain why.And also give tips to avoid the phone for normal life.
