My friend facebook account was hacked. He tried to recover his account. But he was not getting any email to reset his password.

Pls help to solve this problem. . .

@Joseph Naveen : go to facebook and click forgot password.. a new window opens asking e-mail address or mobile number... then proceed as it asks for personal info.

My friend entered his email address. But he did not get any email to reset his password. .
