If the paper is revaluated by the concern staff and the paper is crossed over 50+ marks, then the paper will be not revaluated and it will ensure the pass and secures atleast E grade.

whether it was right??? this is thing I got from my college staffs

@koushik no bro However the concerned staff valuate the paper,those mark details will be retained by the same college principals only.The Same paper will be revaluated by another staff by Anna University then it will be concluded by the Anna University to provide marks or not.If there was a drastic change occurs then AU will ask for the mark details of the paper done the concerned staff.
