This rules Comes into Effect from 1st Jan 2015.

SLE Hold Amount - Rules and Terms of Use :

* You can Hold your payout amount any number of times.
* Holded Amount payout can be processed when your Hold Amount or Points are Rs.50 or Above.
* User need to request the Hold Amount Payout within 3 Months.
* If user, fails to request payout for Hold Amount within 3 Months, the Amount will be automatically cancelled.

Now you can request payout when your Hold Amount is Rs.50 or Above.

this comes on effect from jan1st , but you had posted 3rd only., why so ?

It means it comes into effect from Jan Month..:-)
