Today, Joe Belfiore from Microsoft confirmed that Windows Phone-smartphones with 512 MB of RAM will have Windows 10, including the most popular Lumia 520, but not all features of Windows 10 will be implemented on a 512-MB smartphones. Also in his Twitter-account Joe said that internal testing is still ongoing. Windows Insider program for smartphones will be released in February, as promised at the event, which was held on January 21.
