Dolly was a domestic sheep which the First Mammal to be Cloned from an adult somatic cell using the process of nuclear transfer!

Somatic Cell:
A biological cell forming the body of an organism any cell other than gamete, germ cell!
Gametes are cells that fuse during reproduction and Stem cells are that can divide through mitosis and differentiate into specialized cell types!
Nuclear Transfer:
Its a form of cloning!
The steps involve removing the DNA from oocyte and injecting the nucleus which contains the DNA to be cloned!
