It is native to Central and Southwestern Asia and it is considered to be a rich source of iron and also has high calcium content, Vitamin A and Lutetium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin k, magnesium, manganese, fol ate, vitamin B2, potassium, vitamin B6 and omega 3 fatty acids.

Three types of Spinach available:
