Dear Sir, Please Help me Its Urgent , My TANCA Application Number 12897, TANCET Reg. No. 11113584,DOB-21/09/1992, (other State candidate ) Rejected because of Transfer Certificate not enclosed. I had only Submitted MC, My college (where B.E. is completed) is a department of university (Panjab University, chandigarh) and College doesn't issue TC, only Migration Certificate (MC) is issued by University,What to do now? I had called Anna University on their Contact Numbers on working hours, No one is picking the phone. please help...
