SCHEMA OF EXAMINATION

Eligibility :
TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO employees are eligible to apply for the appropriate departmental test as per the TNEB Service Regulations.
Fees:
An amount of Rs.100/- per exam to be paid in the concerned Superintending Engineer’s Office only by cash in “62.982” account head.

Venue and the examination timings will be intimated in the Hall Ticket.
Change in the dates, if any will be intimated in the website.
NOTE:
1. Application received after due date will not be considered.
2. Candidates have to apply only through online registration and the Hall ticket will be sent only online and not by post.
3. No queries / Enquires regarding the answer papers will be entertained beyond 6 months from the date of publication of the result of that examination. All the answer papers will be disposed after the above said period.
4. Examination fee of Rs.100/- collected per Exam payable at the concerned Superintending Engineer’s office is non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. The responsibility of paying the amount lies with the individuals only. The account head for paying the fees is 62.982. Fees should be paid only by cash and any other mode of payment will not be entertained.
6. The details of payment should be clearly incorporated in the application.
7. Authentication form together with the attested copy of the fees paid receipt should reach this office on or before the notified date. The Exam Cell is not responsible for any postal delay or incomplete applications.
8. Mere writing or passing of examination does not ensure any special eligibility for promotion.
