i dit tat bro but now i cant see the tas bar down too and alos not the start button

Bro, I think U didnt did Step 4 & 5!!
Now press Ctrl+Shift+Esc it will open task manager,navigate to Processes tab and search for explorer.exe and right click and select End Process.

Now it will open a new dialog box and click OK!
Now Navigate back to Applications and click New Task and enter the C:\Documents and settings and click Okay!

You will get the Name near the Clock!
