PSTM and NOC Certificate
This Certificates can used for for all Competitive Examination.Previously, the government recruitment agencies like TNPSC and TRB have instructed the candidates to submit a PSTM certificate (issued by Head of the Institution where the candidate studied their eligibility course) in prescribed format during the time of certificate verification
