HISTORY OF CPU:
the first single chip was Intel 4004 invented by Nov 1971 they consist of 4 -bit processor used for calculating maths. it processed data in 4 bits they calculations are done in 8 bits
IN 1972:Texax instrument followed intel 4004 /4040 they include RAM
