consider an 3 * 3 matrices then totally 9 block will be present u should fill the blocks with numbers 1 to 9 and repeatation is not allowed
condition:
sum of the columns, rows and diagonals should be 15

eg: row1 like

1 5 9 =15
u should do like this all three rows.
