some ppl use Windows 8 at lower resolution,you may not be able to snap metro apps to the right or left side of the screen.
so here is the little help for you.
Follow the steps to make it
1.open RUN command(press Window Key+R)
2.now type regedit to open Registry Editor.
3.Now navigate to the following path
4.Under the ImmersiveShell key create a new key & name as AppPositioner
5.Click on new key which was created & now create a new DWORD value name as AlwaysEnableLSSnapping
6.Give the value as 1.

That's it Now you can also able to use that feature.
