When i am writing my Exam today  One of the externals came near me and suggested to use Refills and said to avoid ink pens I don't know why Please help me Regarding this ....

Ink swells on the paper according to the climatic changes, the answer sheets are kept safely for future use( to take xerox, to reevaluate, etc..).
also ink gets off when contacts with water... 
for these purposes, gel pens or refill pens are advised to use in university exams and in public exams...

Generally Ink pens are Better isn't it?
