first he'll use one pair for one person.he will remove the gloves.so that the fresh side will be in the outside. then he'll use 2nd pair for 2nd person. now, he wont remove the gloves. and he'll wear the gloves such that the blood side of the both gloves will touch each other.now he'll do surgery for the third person.
