The final version of Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7 and server 2008 R2 is released...Internet Explorer 10 is available by default in windows 8 systems,but,it is officially released for windows 7 and server 2008 R2 yesterday.
It can be downloaded from the official website. Here, in this post i give the direct link of the IE 10. Please note that it will erase the previous version IE9 from the windows 7 or server 2008 system.

1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
512 MB RAM
100-200 MB hard disk space
