But I can guarantee that hereafter, The junior members need to strive more hard than admins to get their payout.

At least payout can be done like Dec month..
i.e Rs10 for all reputes..

Yeah thats the good method any how the repute points are given correctly by the admin only, so we can carry 10 per each repute. So i can satisfy every member. No other differences among the members of v+
