How to Access Blocked Websites Without Using any Software.
I have shown a simple trick to access the blocked webpages before.

when i m surfing net in my college, the biggest problem is always getting an error message while trying to access the social networking pages.
Now i gonna show u a tutorial about accessing the blocked webpages using cmd prompt without using software.
[ul][li]Go to Run dialog box using winkey+r or start-->run[/li][li]type CMD and press enter[/li][li]In the CMD prompt type "ping website address" without quotes and press enter. Note: in place of website address, type the website , which u need to access.(eg. for facebook type "ping youtube.com"[/li][li]nw a IP address will displays on the command screen.[/li][/ul]
