Windows OS has a default font maker.
to open it do the following:
1.Open Run (Window key+R)

2.then type the following and press Enter

3.Now it will open a Private Character Editor

4.to use it, again open RUN and type the following and press enter
it will open Character Map

and select your font and enjoy your own font.
