Staff's need to work in V+ bro,. then need to check all threads, users and maintain V+ , prevent spam etc.. so they need extra amt as salary,.. So oly there repute amt is high..

@CSE Rocker: Good idea! but u have to consider in all sides of work process!Let us consider TNEB those who are working as Wire Man or some sort of ppl will get low amt than the person who works as Engineer! Am I rite!
The payment amt plays the role of separation or destination  of amt of workdone by person!
What Am I saying is that "WORK DONE=AMOUNT"
