Bro, try this!
You can change it by using Registry!
1.Click Start=>Run=>regedit
2.In Registry Editor navigate to

4.After the changes click Apply and open TaskManger (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)
and in Processes tab search for explorer.exe and select End Process.
5.Now navigate to Application tab to restart the process and click on New Task and explore will open small windows and click Ok.
Now you can see the NAME near clock!
